How far can we stretch your brain this week?
Our third issue of the Weeklink Digital Audio Magazine is live on our website. This week we speak about getting the most out of your money when shopping with financial planner Sylvia Walker. We also find out how we can better find time to workout, with wellness coach Christopher Smith, talk age related eye problems with optometrist DR Dirk Booysen and meet Dorcas from the DRC who now lives in South Africa, who shares her story of the cultural shift.
Time is of the essence, but very often we don't have the time to do a lot of things, and our physical well being usually takes a back seat. So as the seconds tick through the day and the minutes add up to another day of rushing around to get things done (there just isn't enough hours in a day), we often miss out on workouts and physical exercise. Our wellness expert Christopher Smith has some interesting nuggets of information in issue 3 of the Weeklink Digital Audio Magazine on how you can create the time to workout. Click the link in bio
How do you shop smarter? Is it a possibility? Helping us with some financially savvy tips on smart shopping is financial planner and author Sylvia Walker in issue 3 of our digital audio magazine. Listen by clicking the link in the bio
[Volume up] Your weekly Western Cape news update. Excerpt taken from the Weeklink Digital Audio Magazine, Issue 2.
How do we flatten the "boep"? Also is there a point of no return when it comes to the boep? Follow the link in bio and listen to the full episode of issue 2 of the Week Link Digital Audio Magazine
